新疆雅克拉炭黑有限责任公司地处库车县雅克拉油气田基地，距离县城63公里。公司成立于2002年4月23日，前身是成立于1995年的原国有企业—新疆塔北炭黑有限责任公司，经过改制和多年扩建，现已发展成集炭黑生产、研发、尾气发电、道路运输和进出口业务为一体的化工企业，是库车县唯一一家外商独资企业。
公司现有职工150人，其中各类工程技术人员占职工人数的60℅以上,拥有固定资产壹亿捌仟万元，包括十条先进的天然气炭黑生产线、一个2×20t/h+2×3000kw/h尾气发电厂、1座先进的物理化学分析室，年产值超2.0亿元，利税在3000万以上。
公司始终立足于科技创新，多年来与中国炭黑橡胶研究院等科研院所建立了良好的产学研合作关系，与厦门大学化工学院建立了“联合研发实验室”，从而为公司的新产品开发和技术创新，起到了巨大的推动作用。当前公司可生产天然气半补强炭黑、天然气超纯炭黑、C34炭黑、C3407炭黑、N770专用炭黑、N990热裂法炭黑，能够满足不同客户的需求。公司年产天然气炭黑叁万多吨，产品销售遍布大江南北，质量技术水平处于同行业先进水平， 曾荣获“全国质量信誉保障产品”、“新疆自治区新产品”等荣誉称号。

Xinjiang Yakela Carbon Black Co., Ltd. is located in the Yakela Oil and Gas Field Base in Kuqa County, 63 kilometers away from the county.
